Welcome to MyAccess, your electronic portal to employee services at West Virginia University. MyAccess provides a way for you to make changes to your personal information and access a variety of administrative services that you use during your workday.
One component of MyAccess is a service called MyHR which allows you to view and update your personal information. MyHR provides a convenient and secure way to verify and update your home and work addresses, emergency contact information, phone numbers, level of education, etc.
MyAccess offers many additional services including the ability to request leave and view your leave balances, view the electronic version of your pay stub and W-2 form and, for those authorized employees, it gives you access to the MAP system. You will be able to enter your MasterID and password to access all these services. This is truly a one-stop, single-sign-on system.
